Window Scene Note Card

Hello,

I bought this die at 40% off from Joann Fabric online, the sale is still going on now.  Most of the time Joann online offer free shipping or you can google search for Joann free shipping code.

Again, these cards measure 5 x 7 inches.

The flowers and the ribbon bow on the second card is dark purple but as you all knew sometime purple color looks blue in the photo. This is a very quick and simple card but because of the details on the die cut, it looked like I spent lots of time making this card.

Because I Care

Greeting my lovely blog readers!

I saw this card on google.  The original creator of this card was from Stampin' Up catalog.

This is the CAS card I made.  The green shadow behind the crochet flower is Certainly Celery. The stem stamp was from SU retired stamp set called Hand Painted Petite.
and this is my version

Have a wonderful weekend!

Kind Word

Hello,

I was playing around with my crochet flowers.  I made about 400 crochet flowers total in various sizes. Seriously, I am not exaggerating! I started crocheting the flower since last December right after my last craft show.   I still have a few more crochet balls to finish.   I just like making those flowers!

Here are two cards.  These two cards are bigger then my usual cards.  They measured 5 x 7. I bought a pack of the precut cards from Michael to try it out.  It was a challenge to make cards this big.
I like this one better.  I think the blue butterfly really bring out the card.

String Art and Quilling Red Hearts Altered Wooden Box

Hello,

I was planning to post this for Valentine's day but since I no longer post on Tuesday so I thought I share it today.  This is the new string art template that I created.  I could never get enough of string art templates.  I don't know why, I just like making them.

I will add the tea light battery in the box and it will go to my little next door neighbor up coming birthday.

Thanks for looking!

Simple Quilling Flower Note Cards

Hello,

I had several quiilling flowers sitting around so I put together these simple note cards.  I am not good at making quilling scrolls.  I actually not good at quilling at all so I used flourish stamp from Paper Trey Ink called Fancy Flourish for the scrolls.

I didn't plan to have any butterflies on the card but I smeared the red ink on the card so I added some butterflies to cover the ink.

Thanks for stopping by.  Have a wonderful weekend!

Jumbo Paper Clip Book Mark

Hello,

I made several of these jumbo paper clips for the Secret Santa workshop last year. I forgot to take pictures of them.  This is the only one I had left.  The book mark looked the same on both side. For this I used 5 inches square pattern paper. Tutorial for the paper bow is on the side bar.

I also made several crochet flower book marks.  I kept this one for myself.
Thanks for stopping by.
